"Overall, the work was done mostly to our satisfaction and Andy (the owner) was committed to making us happy. The process to get there was very painful, lacked communication and a sense of pride / ownership, and we would therefore not use them again. In our bathroom, the main issue was the painting work. As a part of the job, they removed all the drywall in the bathroom, installed new drywall, and then painted. Despite the drywall being new, the painter kept leaving trowel marks in the mud on the seams, did not mud the seams properly so the mud had bumps and waves in it, and did a sloppy job painting. We had to have them fix issues 3 times before they finally switched painters to someone who was amazing and got it done the right way the first time. During this time, we had a project manager on the job but he rarely showed up. We were told that he was in the process of moving (his own house) and so he did not have time to supervise the job. It was therefore left to us to communicate directly with the team doing the work on what we wanted, etc. In another room, we had them build a custom electronics cabinet. Even though we showed Andy the electronics we wanted in the cabinet, it was built in a way that the electronic components don't fit in the cabinet. So it became a $1,500 waste of wood since it doesn't actually hold any of the equipment that we wanted it to hold. Throughout the project, we communicated frequently with Andy (the owner) since the project manager was rarely available. Unlike other contractors who are very attentive, Andy never seemed to be sympathetic for the issues we had (i.e., painting issues, cabinets not sized properly, overall project delay, etc.). We were expecting more passion and excitement for the work but Andy was very blase about any issue we brought forward. On the positive side, the carpenter who did the work in our bathroom was amazing - he had excellent skills and we were very pleased with him. Similarly, the second painter who came out was also fantastic and had an amazing attention to detail."

The 3D drawings and proposal were returned within the week and scheduling for the installation occurred in 24 hours. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time and everything was installed in 3-4 hours. 
When one of the side pieces was made incorrectly, my installer had a new piece rushed to my home within the hour and installed with no delay.

"I would highly recommend Radek! His estimate is very detailed explaining the work to be done and materials included. He was so meticulous in everything he did! He explains everything he will do in detail, making sure you understand any choices to be made without pushing you toward any particular choice or product. He was always on time and very respectful of my home and neighbors in my condo while working. Radek painted my living room and dining room, replaced baseboards, installed and painted new interior doors, installed new shelving in my entry closet and replaced wall switches and outlets. He went above and beyond searching for the best solution at the best price for a very small closet door that was not easy to find! He was happy to add on a few things that were not in his original estimate. (I.e. wall switches, closet shelves). I am so grateful to have found an honest, respectful, hard working contractor that does excellent work! I will be calling Radek again when I begin work in the other rooms of my condo!"
