We set a time and date, he followed up with a confirmation call the day before the appointment and again the day of the appointment. He later called me on the day of the appointment and told me he could arrive earlier if that worked for me. Although my problem was not something his company handled, he took the time to help me, in the cold rain, with the downspout placement and gave me a recommendation of how to fix the issue. Because he did not have a qualified vendor to recommend, he declined to recommend anyone, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond and even got soaked in the rain trying to help out. Frank spent extra time with my parents to explain the scope of work and minimize the disruption to their lives. It dried over night and today the crew completed the job by applying a double encapsulation with a siloxane seal coat product. Itâ s hard to believe itâ s the same floor!
