"This was our first experience in utilizing Kodiak Improvements and it definitely will not be our last; we already have other projects in mind for them. They are fantastic!! Mike, Jared, and Ryan began our privacy fence construction on a Tuesday and were all done by midday on Thursday. Their prices are reasonable, their work ethic is outstanding, and the fence looks exceptionally beautiful; very professionally done. Couldn't be more pleased and we highly recommend them to others. Having lived in this area for 26 years, we've had many experiences with businesses that did not deliver services within a timely basis but this is not the case with Mike and his talented crew. They showed up on time, and worked very hard to complete the work quickly."

"Josh, Jason, and Josh worked very professionally and kept us informed every step of the way. They were especially flexible when we had to coordinate their work with a plumber to get a radiator removed and plaster repaired. "I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour. 
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.
