They showed up exactly on time and had a major uphill battle as the two units were left in a sad state but they didn’t waste anytime tackling the problem and actually got the appliances cleaner than my expectations. It did take them longer than they anticipated but didn’t request and additional pay. They were good communicators and kept me informed of their progress."
