Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business."
