I will then email an estimate of the project to you to overlook with no pressure. Then as work begins I will email the invoices to you. Those are to be paid upon arrival. I will ask for 40% up front for material. But all of this can be worked out to best fit your needs I will be doing 99% of the work myself. I do have licensed plumbers that will be available if you have plumbing jobs that need done. I do have a full time job. So most of my work is performed after I am off work and on the weekends. I have been known to take time off work to work on clients projects.

The contracts list in detail what the job entails and if everything (ex: price, dates, materials, procedures, etc.) are to your satisfaction we have the consumer sign the contract and send it back to our secretary.
