"Our shower step was build incorrectly when our bathroom was remodeled years ago. We have been experiencing leaking on our floor every time we took a shower and opened our door. Kedrick, did everything he promised by rebuilding our shower step and now it's perfect and no more leakage. We also had our floors cleaned and they look as good as when we had them installed. Yes, but you should only put tile directly on drywall in smaller areas that don’t experience excess moisture. For example, a small kitchen tile backsplash could work, but installing tile directly on the drywall in a bathroom or other chronically damp area is not a good idea. Either way, a cement backer board is a far more reliable solution, as drywall is susceptible to moisture and can warp or cause your tiles to crack.

Porcelain is a relatively affordable, mid-range countertop. It’s less expensive than other popular materials, including quartz, slate, concrete, and marble. It’s similar in price to the average, low-end or mid-range granite or quartzite countertop (high-end options cost more). It’s more expensive than laminate, acrylic, and ceramic.

However, note that porcelain doesn’t come with very many long-term maintenance costs. If it breaks, you’ll still need to make repairs, but it won’t need regular sealing like concrete and natural stone.

Tile flooring will last anywhere from 10 to 20 years and even up to 30 years or more with proper care and maintenance.
