He was not condescending, and had no problem answering my questions. He’s very personable, respectful, and friendly. When he came into my home, he WAS wearing a mask, which I GREATLY appreciated. He parked in the appropriate parking space, saving us BOTH a potential headache with the rental office and towing company. It is quite obvious that Cliford takes pride in his work, and in providing excellent customer service! Overall, this was an awesome experience, made possible by Cliford!
