After my request for a quote he responded with a return call within minutes. He came right over. We agreed on a price. He returned when promised and completed the job. I was very happy with the outcome, so when I wanted to get estimates for a very large renovation, I again called Smart Dova. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work. My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
