Matrix Home SolutionsMatrix has been great from the start! They come to your house and go over all of your options and answer all of your questions and even offer suggestions that we didn’t think of. Once they start they keep you up to date with the builder trend app which is great! It shows the schedule/timeline of the project with pictures. Anytime I had any questions they answered in a timely manner. We were a little nervous to have this done during Covid but all of the workers wore masks and we’re very respectful with their distance. When possible they bypassed the front door and went through the emergency window to the basement. We couldn’t be happier with their work. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them!- Brian H.

Matrix had to reschedule our initial meeting a few times.. and when we finally had our first meeting, their sales tactic felt a bit aggressive. That said, working with Matrix has been insanely easy. Brian D provided us with great solutions to our layout issues, and our Project Manager Daniel was super responsive and knowledgeable. Even with all the projects he was managing, he always made us feel like we were on top of the list. Our team of subcontractors were all experts in their respective trades. Specifically, our carpenters, Oscar and Romero were amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. We are just a few days from completion, and I cannot wait to start furnishing our new living space. Thanks Matrix for making our vision come to life! Love our new home! Mike was the only contractor of three to say "yes, we can do that". Not the least expensive but was definitely the most organized and efficient from the onset. Before the end of the initial meeting had cad drawings to show where everything would be placed. Jack and Andy our workers were always on time, courteous, efficient and tidy. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

In addition to their work in the basement, they provided helpful suggestions as we picked out paint and flooring.
