"Every thing went well.  Installer came in ready to go to work.  Quickly determined what needed to be done.  Took care to protect our stuff.  Quickly pulled up old carpet and removed toilet. Underlayment was bad due to water damage. Removed and replaced. Finished install of new tile. Whole process took a little over 3 hours.  Price beat all local competitors."

They showed up exactly on time and had a major uphill battle as the two units were left in a sad state but they didn’t waste anytime tackling the problem and actually got the appliances cleaner than my expectations.
