"Every thing went well. Installer came in ready to go to work. Quickly determined what needed to be done. Took care to protect our stuff. Quickly pulled up old carpet and removed toilet. Underlayment was bad due to water damage. Removed and replaced. Finished install of new tile. Whole process took a little over 3 hours. Price beat all local competitors."

My mom has two geriatric dogs, and SIX cats. Mike stuck to his original bid, despite all the pet stains and odor. He showed up right on time with both his visits to the home.
