I was nervous about all the questions I had and whether he'd be willing to walk me though the process for as long as it took. Not only was he willing, but Greg calmly and patiently answered every single question. He spent as much time with me as I needed, explaining what I didn't understand, adjusting what I needed, and suggesting. what was optimal for. my needs. He even brainstormed solutions with me when I was unhappy with any aspect of the design. Not only did Greg professionally and compassionately help me, but he had a way of reducing my anxiety when it reared up. Greg was respectful of my budget and my needs, and truly heard what I said. He answered every single question I had, and when I didn't know what to ask, he knew what to say. I can't wait to get my cabinets and create my dream kitchen. After working with Greg, I have absolute confidence it will be perfect!"

"Worse install that was rushed and no consideration for a persons home causing damage. Faucet hole drilled incorrect so now faucet moves, counter not even glued down so can lift it right up. Numerous calls and not one return call yet. Don't waste your money here so you don't get a bad install and left with numerous issues and not even a return call back from manager for 2 days now. Should I have to keep calling to get ahold of someone to correct my issues. Once they take your money the customer service out the window when you have a problem caused by their installers."

"I have a mixed review on this company. The installers were amazing and very professional. Their work was flawless. They explained the entire process and answered my questions as they went. They arrived on time and worked consistently until the work was completed. Cleaned up after themselves when they left. I could not be happier with their efforts. Now for the second part of the review. I have to take part ownership of this part of the review. The owner, Luther, came out and measured the counter top. We explained we had a countertop and backsplash at a previous home. We wanted to replicate that design. They asked for a picture. We showed it to them. It showed a 4" quartz backsplash then the wall backsplash sitting on top of that. He gave us a very reasonable quote. We went ahead and put down the deposit and planned to move forward. When the installers showed up I asked them not to attach the quartz backsplash so I could install the wall backsplash first. I was informed that I hadn't ordered the quartz backsplash. He told me to call the store and speak with Luther. This is where it completely south. He told me his worksheet clearly says no backsplash. I told him how I remembered our conversation. That is when he said he quoted exactly what was in the picture. I told him I would get a copy of the picture. I called him back to get his cell number so I could send him the picture. Holy cow! Luther turned into a screaming individual. He called me a MotherFxxxer. He said he didn't care what the "F" the picture showed. I asked him to calm down and we could work through this issue. I asked him to just quote me what if would take to get the backsplash. Where I went wrong I didn't get a copy of his worksheet that he claimed had the "no backsplash" note on it. He continued to scream and even got madder. Our conversation ended when he told me to "F" off and hung up on me. I was on speaker phone and his employees heard how the owner treats his customers. So if you want to be verbally abused during installation by the owner, this company is good fit for you. Please remember, if you can get past this extremely bad customer service, you will have a very professionally installed countertop. There prices are reasonable but the customer service from the owner will take your breath away. We had our two bathroom countertops quoted to do later in the spring. I for one is not going through that kind of verbal abuse again. I think the current owner is going to collapse a three generation company. I knew both his grandfather and father. I know they would be mortified on his customer service skills"

"The installation went well. 2 workers installed about 700 sq. ft. of carpet in about 5 hours. The quality of work seems excellent. Can't see any seams. They trimmed out the transitions exactly as I requested. Overall we are very happy with the installation."
