We decided to do a full home renovation to our Henderson home while living out of state. We have done little projects here and there while living in other homes but never something like this. Everyone I knew said to expect your budget to double as well as the timeline your contractor gives you. I’m so happy to say that those people were wrong. I am so happy I came a long Primaris Construction. Manager, Marty, from the very beginning was very straight forward and came through on every commitment he gave me from beginning to end. No cost or timeline changes at all. And the house looks amazing. He took care of our home and updated me constantly with the progress of each step. I never expected someone to care so much about my home other than myself but Marty and his team are so passionate about the work they do that they caught things that I would have never thought about. From tile patterns to flooring design, plumbing, electrical.. you name it! I am more than satisfied with the quality, cost and time of completion on this whole project. I really appreciate Marty’s honesty and have so much respect for the hard work he and his team do for all of their clients. We ended this job feeling like we gained a friend and a beautiful home (my daughter calls him Uncle Marty now). I highly recommend this company for any job big or small. Stop thinking and give them a call! Marty will walk you through all of your questions/ concerns.

The Primaris crew, particularly Marty, did an excellent job. Marty explained everything that they would need to do, including potential issues that might arise (e.g., wiring that did not appear on the blueprints, etc.) before they began the work, he kept us updated daily on progress, and he called any time they ran into something unexpected or had a question about our preferences. They were timely, friendly, thorough, professional, and did an excellent job (including a very thorough job of cleaning up after they were finished).

Due to a construction design error, the air condition coils were behind a sheet of wood in the attic and the air condition repair guy couldn't access the area to repair. He told me to find a general contractor. I called several contractors on Angie's list only to get an answer machine or they couldn't come out within my time frame. I then got to Primaris Construction on the list. I talked to Marty The Manager, he came out the same day assessed the situation and fixed. I would definitely recommend This company for all my future contracting needs.

Managers and supervisiors were great to work, catering to my every whim and changes. There were some delays and mistakes, but all were taken care of and the results are stunning. We are very pleased. Provided house cleaners to clean the whole house after finished.

updated with new counter tops, sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, bathtub/shower surround replaced and tubs refinished. Interior drywall textured, painted and new base boards throughout.

crew arrived around 9 am and were done by 6:30 pm.....moved all of my furniture (and I had a lot) and ripped out old carpet and padding....placed new padding that had scotch guard protection and then placed new carpet (also scotch guard protection)...

oscar and his crew were amazing....this was not an easy task and they did an excellent job.

crew placed laminate (top quality laminate that interlocks) in 2 bathrooms and small hallway.....toilets were removed and then sealed. this was done on 03/12/14.. arrived around 8 am and finished around 5 pm

on 03/13/14 another crew came and installed laminate in pantry, laundry room, and kitchen....arrived around 8 am and were done around 8:30 pm....this was a big job as appliances had to be moved (washer/dryer, oven, frig)....plus, before they laid the laminate down they also placed plastic DOWN FIRST to protect laminate.....crew worked very hard...

NONE OF MY FLOORS HAD TO BE RIPPED UP...

the floors are beautiful and much easier to keep clean.....thanks guys, you were great.

Oscar and his crew installed the vinyl over the old vinyl....old vinyl did not have to be ripped out....stove, washer and dryer and frig were moved so new vinyl could be placed and the toilets were moved and then sealed......vinyl is beautifuf and it is a better quality vinyl...crew arrived around 8 am and were done by 2 pm....thanks for the hard work.

He was right on time. Work was done well and quickly.

It went very well with Primaris Construction. My impression with Primaris Construction was very good. They met me at the designated time. They went through all the items that I was interested in having them do and put together a fit proposal which covered all of the items that I wanted to have completed. They finished up the work on March 15th. The approximate cost was 10000 dollars. They completely refurbished a 1100 square foot mobile home. I would definitely use this provider again in the future.

The first job was to fasten a wall and remove and replace French doors with side lights. There were some delays and misunderstandings, but we were pleased with the results.

The second job is underway, and so far has been excellent. All problems have been dealt with promptly. I will comment in a few weeks when the job is finished.

They were AWESOME! I was so impressed with their professionalism, their promptness, the quality of their work, the speed of their work. To get done in 5 hours by one person, what 2 people could not do in 20 hours from my previous contractor amazed me.

Every thing was left in ship shape readiness for painting tomorrow.

The worker they sent out was on time, was polite, and was a hard worker. He started by fixing the mess the previous contractor had made on 2 doors that needed to be filled and sanded. He then went right to work on hanging the rest of the kitchen doors, while doing so, he found quite a few that were either hung in the wrong place, hung upside down, or just plain hung wrong.

From there, he drilled all the holes I would need to place handles on the drawers after the painting is finished.

He fixed my kitchen sink that was dripping because the previous contractor put washers in incorrectly.

He installed my new vent for over my oven/range. He put my dishwasher back and installed it correctly.

I cannot say anything but good things about this company. I will definitely be using them anytime I need work done on my house down the road.

I definitely recommend them to anyone needing either small or large jobs done.

Grant did an amazing job with the installation. It was completed in a timely fashion and he dressed very professionally! I would recommend Grant and Primaris Construction to anyone looking for help around the house all the way to full home remodels as I have seen his full home remodels and they are beautiful. Primaris Construction is very quick and professional! Highly recommended! I will use them in the future!

Primaris Construction did a wonderful job of quickly fixing my rental property after a tenant left the place a mess. I greatly appreciate how quickly the work was completed. Everyone was very professional and I would use them again for any additional work in my rental in Las Vegas as living in Illinois makes it difficult to fix it myself.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They were fast to respond to a request for an estimate. They had great follow through- they did what they said they would, when they said they would do it, at the price that was quoted. I plan to use this company again!
