The problem I am having is that I've paid for all work to be done and there is still one piece remaining (gutter guards) and I'm having trouble getting it completed. I'm understand that things have to be lined up but this has been going on too long and more importantly, I'm having to chase them down to get the last piece completed. Would I use them again, yes but I would not pay them until all work was done. I don't think this is shabby business practices but I do think there is a breakdown in communication somewhere."
