The subcontractors doing the work were good. The lead from Aloha (Kirk) was terrific to work with. The slimy representative Gary was a nightmare. His sleazy salesman lines and attitude absolutely are a turn off. His disrespectful attitude towards the insurance company and adjuster are appalling....

had to remove and repalce paneling plus install new pipe. Pipe is a better quality that won't freeze because it does not accumulate water unless hose is attached outside. Paneling square had to be cut out an drepalced. It was done as well as possible in an older house.
