"My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ? My wife and I both work outside our home, so the Premier crew was usually gone when we returned home in the evenings. ?If we had any questions about what was happening they were happy to take time the next morning to answer and they made sure we understood what they were doing and why. ? All of the work they did was done right the first time and it all looks great. "Mr. Hoover was in and out.  Only worked about 3 - 4 hours himself, and then last two days had another gentleman all day working.
I don't think he realized the amount of wood work that needed painted.  But very satisfied with the work and would hire him again.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
