They helped in providing all the materials information so that I was able to submit a warranty request to Trex as a residential customer to get the maximum, transferable warranty from Trex for all the materials that came from them. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"
