They installed carpet with tile at the landing of the stairs as well as in the office. They were so kind and professional. They did amazing work and communicated with us along the way. Our 4-car garage floor has obvious areas that were not covered in a clear coat and other areas that are too thick with a clear coat leaving the colored chips unfinished, dry, exposed, flaking sharp to the human touch. When we contacted Brian Nash Owner of KSDR Epoxy Flooring in Wilmington IL, we provided Brian an opportunity to return to the property to take a look, he declined and said Do not think you are getting something free BEWARE Epoxy floor installation does not require a contractor license so you are on your own if you experience bad Workmanship! My husband is a retired firefighter and trusts Brian who also is a firefighter for Coal City. We paid $4,000.00 cash for this floor. Brian Nash was reluctant to provide a receipt when asked. Brian lists 9 Years in Business on Home Advisor and he is listed with the IL Secretary of State as of 12/12/2023 so this is a lie!"
