"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

Originally, I just wanted a few planks replaced, power-washed, awater-sealed, and painted. After examining the deck, it was best to replace all planks, reinforce the frame, and install all new wood at a resonable price. It is so beautiful I can hardly believe it!!
