He was not responsive to any questions I had and they were fairly simple. Maybe texting is complicated to him. Although he came off as rude and unresponsive the service was acceptable."

"It didn't go well. I looked out the window on appointment day and saw a van in my driveway. By the time I opened the garage door the van was gone. This person never rang the door the bell. I called the company and the woman that took the call told me her guy showed up but nobody was home. I told her that's not true and she said she will send the man back. About forty minutes later, the man showed up and told me that I needed a new door and opener because of the age and tear. He gave me a quote and I paid half and he told me his technician will come the next day in the morning to install the door and opener since I wanted it done as quickly as possible. The technician didn't show up until in the afternoon. I did not find out that the door they sold to me does not have a handle until we lost power. I called the 'front man', he has a business card that has only David on it, and he told me to send him text message and I did, but he never responded. I called him again and he told me I never asked for door with handle, and that if I needed one he would have to charge extra money. I told him that's not how to conduct business and he got upset and told me to call the company. I called the company and the woman told me the 'technician' will call me. The 'technician' called me and told me the door is not designed to have a handle, and that it is not hard to lift up during power outage. He said he will come back to put a handle on the inside but not outside. The man never showed up. I have tried to talk to the owner/manager, but the woman that takes calls won't let me. She would say that the technician will call me when he's in my area and will hang up before I could say anything else."
