Great, Jesse and his team are the MOST Professional tree people I have the pleasure of knowing. I manage two properties with extensive gardens and they did all the work in a timely manner. The owners loved their work. I wouldn't hire any one else.

I had a very large 80 foot tree leaning against another tree at a 45 degree angle with all the branches intertwined. They did a great job getting it down and at a fair price! Would hire again for sure.

Dealing with Charros Tree Service of Lombard, IL was perfect in every respect. They arrived on-time, clean and ready for work. They are obviously experienced, as they worked smartly and quickly, while also keeping the area organized and safe. They completed the Job early, without mistakes or damages, and took a money order for full payment upon completion, as agreed-to before starting work. Yes, we would definitely hire Charros again, without hesitation.

Have purchased Firewood from Charros a few times. Super quick response: delivered same/next day both times. I think I even left then a VM at night at ended up with the wood the next morning. Wood is a mix of types sizes. All firewood log size, just not perfectly uniform. Lasst load had lots of apple which was cool. Both time the wood was definitely aged and really dry so I felt they have integrity by not dropping off something freshly cut down. The price is very reasonable. I have no reason to use anyone else. Will be calling them again in about a month.

It went overall okay with the trimming, however, the team destroyed my daughters trampoline, my grill, my grill cover which I caught them using as a shield to protect the patio railing, the patio railing and the decking. I specifically asked them if I needed to move anything, including the trampoline and grill and they said no, they will take care of it. They literally tore the legs apart from the trampoline permanently ruining it. I contacted them three times about this and never got a response. For the money paid, destroying a $1000 grill, and $400 trampoline it wasn't worth the money.

I’ve used their service twice now at both my residence and rental house. They did the work to my satisfaction and prices are competitive. They have removed stumps, taken out shrubs for me, cut down dead tree, and trimmed branches. Will definitely use again.

The actual work was more or less okay. I debated between a B and a C. I would say they are really a B- and my wife and I are on the fence if we would use them again or recommend them. Here are the stand out challenges: 1.) Took the $100 dollar grill cover off the grill and used it to catch wood as it was falling from the tree to the deck and tore it up in multiple places. 2.) Left the $1000 grill uncovered so it is now full of saw dust and wood shavings, leaves, etc. Which is why we have (had) a cover over it in the first place. I have tarps, old moving blankets, etc. I would have gladly lent them these. 3.) Needed to borrow a ladder, what kind of tree trimming company cant supply their own ladder? Then I had to show the staff how to operate it. 4.) Did not finish limb clean up in the yard. Did not clean any of the debris from the gutters as they stood on the roof and let the tree branches fall on the side of house/roof (also a reason I wanted the tree trimmed in the first place.) 5.) Moved the kids trampoline out of the way and put it back which is great, but knocked multiple pieces off of it and put it back facing the wrong direction, so basically it didn't really matter that they moved it. All that work had to be done again. 6.) Did not disclose that there is an up charge for paying with a credit card. This probably would not have been such a big deal, except they showed up, out of the blue, no appointment and no agreement to do the work, said they had a cancellation and opening and we were next. They were not the lowest quote I received for this work and I wonder, what would they have done had I turned them away. Either way, you cannot show up at someone's home, unannounced and then expect they have nearly a 1000 cash just laying around. Seems absurd to me.

Charros Tree Service was very prompt to respond to my work request. Professional and courteous. Clean up after job completion was exceptional.

Excellent. I was very impressed with Jessie’s professionalism and knowledge. He even confirmed the cause of flooding in my yard ... faulty septic tank. I will hire a separate plumbing company for that. There are two people named Jessie at this company, father and son and son is learning the business.

Jesse was very responsive and did a good job trimming some dead branches off our oak trees in our backyard. We would hire him again.

Jesus' team did an excellent job clearing the branches for the entire area of our church property. Once they got the equipment running, they were efficient and diligent in providing us a clean and neat clearing. We would definitely use them again, not to mention recommend them to others.

The job was done quickly and the affected areas were left clean., All the agreed upon debris and tree section were removed without incident. I was clear upfront as to what needed to be done and what the timeframe I was looking for. He then gave me a reasonable estimate and asked that he schedual my job. Again, the crew did a quick, clean and professional job. Will use them for future work.

Jesus came out the same day I contacted the company to grind the stump from a tree I had cut down over the weekend. Other companies I had contacted wanted to come see the stump, provide a quote, and schedule the service for a later date. I was impressed by the ability to have same day service. Jesus knew the type of tree it was just from the stump alone. He ground the stump and the raised area around the stump flat, matching the rest of my lawn. Once the grass grows in the area, you'll never know a tree once resided in the location. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Once the stump grinding was complete, I had some additional questions regarding other trees on my property and my neighbors property. Jesus was happy to answer my questions and didn't try to rush his explanations. He even warned me about one of my neighbor's trees that could become a problem in the future. Overall, I was happy with the service and would hire again.
