Never purchased windows that were paid for upfront. Damaged existing picture window and never repaired. Left our home with holes and bare walls through the winter. Sued him and won but he refuses to pay! Do not hire! He is a scam artist!"

When the project is completed and the customer is satisfied, we require final payment.
