Best deck maintenance specialists near Fox Lake, IL

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Encore is fantastic and I'll recommend them to all my family and friends. They worked hard to paint and restore my front and back deck after years of neglect. I am now proud and confident in our homes appearance."

"Mike was wonderful. He came out to quote the work and did it in the same trip. He made sure everything worked and put all my patio furniture back when he left. I now have a fully functional patio door and Iâ m ready for summer, or at least spring. THANK YOU Mike and Angie!!!!"
