"when they finish the job, they clean up after themselves so there is no mess left behind. The project was top of the line. not only did they show up on time, they finished the project is 35 minutes from time of arrival to departure. I had them insulate the garage and breezeway attic. Very satisfied with the quality of their work and their friendly and courteous performance on the job."

"We got several quotes for our attic insulation project. We found Jace with Peak Performance to be very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. We scheduled the project, the Peak team showed up on time, finished in the timeframe they promised and did a full clean up. We're really happy with the entire experience and have already recommended them to others."

"I had three different people groups in who came in and gave me an estimate and what might be needed and what they discovered is that for some reason when the house was built 16 years ago, they did not really do adequate insulation.  I did feel very comfortable with Precise & Snug.  They were good about being able to show me pictures.  They showed how it looks up on the attic.  When you are in the process, the told us that they can do this and that and it would cost so much and the final bill was $20,000.  I would not use their service in the future."

Insulation questions, answered by experts

An insulated garage benefits from roof vents to ensure proper ventilation and prevent moisture buildup. Insulation can trap moisture in the garage, especially during temperature fluctuations, and roof vents play a crucial role in expelling the moisture in the air. Including roof vents promotes air circulation, preventing condensation and enhancing overall air quality.

Ductwork should be wrapped in insulation in certain locations. This includes unconditioned interior parts of the home, such as attics, crawl spaces, basement ceilings, and between floors. Duct joints should also be insulated since they're more likely to leak air than other parts of your system. Building codes in some areas also require ductwork to be insulated.

Reflective and high R-value batt or roll insulation are often considered energy-efficient, offering significant thermal resistance benefits.

Because of the moisture concern, open-cell foam requires a vapor barrier. The barrier protects against high humidity and moisture exposure in rooms such as basements, bathrooms, or exterior walls. It wouldn't be necessary in dry interior spaces.

Through R-value assessments based on climate and existing insulation.
