Perry's Construction requires contract labor ONLY. Perry's Construction does provide free estimates, within reason. Perry's Construction works with insurance companies for storm related damages. Perry's Construction does require half-down down payment for large jobs prior to work being completed and twenty-five percent down payment for small jobs prior to work being completed.
