They did a fantastic job! The team was professional and clean. I highly recommend them. My floor turned out more beautiful than I ever expected! The picture doesn’t do it justice.

Lyle came out on a Monday to measure; however, didn’t send me a quote, so I texted him and he told me he’d try to have it to me over the weekend …. it’s now 8 days later and zzzzzzzzz It took a while, and I hired another company in the meantime, but I did receive Lyle’s quote today, so I’m upgrading my review from 1 star to 3, since he came out to look at the job the day after I first called him. Sorry it didn’t work out.

Lyle Swan surpassed all expectations. He refinished floors, installed new floors and found and repaired floor and subfloor damage that was not readily apparent. He matched the wood floor color to our lower level vinyl floors for a smooth transition. He also rebuilt our unsafe staircase without charge. He has great integrity, takes initiative, is excellent in his craft and a rare find. Lyle goes the extra mile in his work ethic--a true gem in the trades. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

They are Very Professional.

Dana was great. He always kept me updated on the days progress. He worked with my mom and I to deliver a beautiful floor that was weaved into our existing floor. With all the trouble our old floors gave them, they did a beautiful job. And the price was extremely reasonable.

They were beer professional, explained exactly what they had to do and reasoning behind to complete the job. Quick and dustless.

After a contractor failed to complete my flooring project, I was unable to get my family moved into out new home. Lyle postponed a vacation to help me out and got his crew to work the next day. He was there exactly when he said he was going to be, did exactly what he said he was going to do, repaired what the previous flooring guy damaged, for exactly what he said it would cost. Lyle was very personable and prompt. Did a great job on my floor in a very timely manner. One of the best contractors I've ever death with.

Project completed within 48 hours of first contact. Used a Swedish finish with 3 coats. Absolutely beautiful glass like finish. Perfect. Lyle is very good at what he does. I would definitely recommend.

When I met Lyle He explained in Detail the job process. He priced it Better than some and was very Professional. The Quality of the work was Perfect. He even made some Improvements while working with my budget. Their pricing was VERY competitive, their work was impeccable and the end result looked like a brand new floor. Not to mention, there was little or no mess or cleanup involved. Price is high but definately worth every penny. 3 very knowledgable, hardworking & courteous people. Result of their work was A++. They took care in cleaning up afterwords & also offered to assist in moving back the furniture after the work was done & did so a couple days later. Our wood floor looks better than it did whan we had the house built 23 yrs ago. I recommend you select the Swedish finish also.
