"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. No matter the job, his workmanship has always been exceptional and his pricing per project has always been fair and competitive. My cabinet project consisted of removal and repair/rebuild of my kitchen cabinets due to years of water damage. He also needed to replace part of the sub floor due to the same water damage. "The remodel went great. Joe and his crew were friendly and prompt. They did the work in a timely fashion and were very good at communicating about the project. They did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. They replaced a vanity, walls, put in a tub and tiled. They also laid vinyl flooring and installed lights. "I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour.

"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)
