He matched the color on my 25 yr old guttering and ordered new material. It took 3 weeks to receive the material, but they showed up (Matt and co-worker) and did the installation in several hours. He pointed out that my previous gutters had been installed without a slope, so the water would take a long time to drain out. This was fixed. They installed another downspout, since the earlier installation had only one in a 60 ft run. Much better draining, now. I definitely recommend The Gutter Guys: very professional, organized, reliable, neat, courteous and reasonably priced."

"First, the work done was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the jobs done. The problem I am having is that I've paid for all work to be done and there is still one piece remaining (gutter guards) and I'm having trouble getting it completed. I'm understand that things have to be lined up but this has been going on too long and more importantly, I'm having to chase them down to get the last piece completed. Would I use them again, yes but I would not pay them until all work was done. I don't think this is shabby business practices but I do think there is a breakdown in communication somewhere."
