"Initially when I got the ring back the ruby was wobbly in it's setting. Took it back and thought that all was ok. Last week I discovered that my stone had fallen out. I'm heart broken. Will contact this company that seems to me from their comments of another dissatisfied customer that they were not at fault. Again the typical American way of not taking responsibility. I would never recommend these people. Stay away in order to avoid the heartbreak I'm going through now."
