"Owner wanted an appraisal based on his value estimate so he could receive a real estate tax reduction. We appraised his property commensurate with Uniform Standards, and ethical considerations, and appropriately valued his residence without bias and prejudice. He thought he was owed a greater tax reduction and was disgruntled. We would not be intimated or unduly influenced to prepare a fraudulent appraisal."
