Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. "They completed refinishing concrete stairs on 7-17-23 but did not replace items that were on the stairs yet (flower pots too heavy for me to lift) as they told me they would do. A hose was torn in the process of finishing the job, but they deducted the cost for me to buy a new hose from their final payment. They have scheduled two separate return visits to put the pots back and to add an additional siding trim piece. They have not shown up for either scheduled return date."
