"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

"M Craft was fantastic to work with. The quotes (3) for the job were within $100 of each other very competitive. Adrian was very professional and worked with us during the entire process. The job was to replace all flooring throughout the house while we were still in the house. Furniture was moved, appliances were disconnected and reinstalled, old flooring removed with new flooring and base installed. They hauled away all debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. The end product was on schedule and perfect in every detail. I would highly recommend M Craft they great craftsman and extremely easy to work with."

We hired Ibro to remodel our kitchen and while he is the nicest guy, he never finished the job, the construction quality and attention to detail were poor, and worst of all was a serious bait and switch from "I'll take care of everything, everything will be so nice, don’t worry" to "that's not in the agreement!" or "That's not my job." We had a written list of included tasks and verbally agreed that when he finished the rooms would be done and there would be no further work, we needed to do. Tasks that he told us were not his job, or not in the agreement: -Replacing the base boards he removed when replacing the floor. -Installing pullout drawers included with our cabinet purchase. -Ensuring cabinet doors were hung straight. -Ensuring outlets were not crooked. -Staining the floor vents to match the flooring he installed. -Fixing the floor that gives when walked on (he replaced the subfloor in that spot!) We gave final payment with two tasks outstanding (he wore me down and I was too tired and too pregnant to fight him) and after multiple follow ups, Ibro never finished either one."
