"I hired them to install three exterior lights, by my front and back doors & garage. I had the fixtures, just needed someone to install. Good work at a reasonable price. I subsequently hired them to fix some wood rot by my garage door. Ivan cams in, cut out and replaced the bad pieces, caulked and repainted. Excellent job!"

"We gave Frank and his team (Rob worked the entire time so far as well) a million things to do and they did a fantastic job on everything. They're finishing some flooring they recommended also (so far, un.be.lievable!). I cannot recommend Frank highly enough. He provided details on why it would be hazardous to install this modern fan on old wiring and we agreed on his assessment. He was honest, fair priced and cleaned up behind himself.
