"It was horrible. Ken came by my house with 2 sheets of dry wall, which I didn't need. Laid down paper on the floor for his workers. So what he was actually doing was staging the project. He didn't have his contract in order. After looking at the contract, he notice something was wrong and could not figure out what happen. The price he quoted me was $5100. Then he thought that was too low, so he went back to his truck to make some changes and came back with a lower quote, but I said well I want the $5100 quote for the entire job as quoted before. After he made changes to the contract, I signed. The next day his workers come out start working. They took the toilet and sink and then he calls me and tells me "Oh you have to buy the materials. He could have told me that up front but instead he said look at the contract. He was very misleading. This guy should be band from Angie's List. I had to spend additional $600 dollars for back splash. Then he tells me I owe him $168 dollars for materials that his workers bought that was not part of the contract. Like contractor garbage bags, pencils, water, etc. I just paid him and told him I will finish the work. Now I have to buy a toilet and a sink for my vanity that he took. B******."

We do not have special promotions, because our services are fair and sometimes below the market value. Anyway, we performed extra work which is not part of our scoop of work in the signed contract, if this extra work is in our way to continue with the scoop of work in the contract and if the amount of labor doesn't exceed $300.00 and the materials are not above $150.00 and if the original contract is $5,000.00 or more. We can make financing arrangments with Wells Fargo Bank, Banks of America and US Bank, but the final decision is on them.
