"First, I’d absolutely use and plan to use Bernhardt Restoration again. The contractor Atilio was communicative and easy to work with. His team was also friendly, communicative and easy to work with. They did a great job!! I found the company through Angi’s list. I originally just wanted them to remove some asbestos tiles. But after talking with Atilio I decided to add a new vinyl floor which we were going to do anyway, just later. But as we were working through these projects I felt more comfortable and confident in their professionalism and craftsmanship. So I had them paint the walls, doors and window frames. Then I had them replace a door and update all the power plugs. We started a project for flooring and ended up renovating the whole room and I’m so glad I did! But I only did that because the team earned my trust. I really appreciated the communication. I was constantly updated. They completely transformed our room! So glad I decided to go with Bernhardt Restoration!"

"Yes, the team was wonderful. They were here from 7:00am until 4:30pm. They did everything that they said they would do - cleaned and moved contents of the attic to a different part of the house, removed excess attic insulation, and removed all the mold. They even vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom where the access to the attic was after they were done. The team took the time to answer our questions and explain precautions."

"It went very well. I could not be happier. The project Manager Angel Vega and crew took control and had my water damaged condo walls, ceiling and floor removed in one day. the dryed out the water. Then a crew came following week Rigo and Omars " the two Roberts" and rebuilt and fixed all my damage they went the extra mile to make things right again."

"Very professional, saved our lives! We had water in the basement and they saved us. Did a great job! Highly recommend!"

"Restoration 1 was amazing. I received a response from Paul shortly after I submitted my request (mold from unknown leak under kitchen sink) and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. While he couldn’t make it due to another appt., he sent his colleague, who carefully assessed the situation and took pictures. Shortly thereafter, we agreed on a very fair price and my home was on the way to being restored the next day. Overall, Restoration 1 did exactly what I needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again."

"The HVAC unit in the condo above us leaked and caused extensive water damage in one of our bedrooms. The GCPRO Team came out and took care of everything! Their skill and professionalism really helped us dial down our anxiety over the entire situation! The attached picture: "No more moisture thumbs up!" We *highly* recommence GCPRO! ."
