"This is the second year Frederick has come out to wash the large retractable awning we have for our back deck. He is very responsive, arrived on time, and spent significant time (2 hours) getting the awning clean. This is not easy because the deck extends into the yard at a second floor level and the awning extends out the same distance. It sparkled when he was done. I highly recommended Lara's; if they can handle this challenge I'm sure they do great work with all their other services."

"I recently used Essential Window Washing to wash the windows and storm windows of my home and I am very pleased with the service they provided. Being an older home, we have both original wood windows and wooden storms, all of which haven't been washed in a very long time. Melesio and Oscar arrived right on time the day of our scheduled serviced and worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete our job to our expectations in a timely manner. They both were very professional, and cared about the work they were doing. Our windows are so clean and clear now, it almost looks like the glass disappears! They also cleaned our exterior light fixtures and they look like new. From the moment I originally contacted the company the entire experience was seamless, professional, and I really felt cared for as a customer. Their office staff was very nice and helped coordinate a site walkthrough to put a quote together.
