Lara's Power Wash

This is the second year Frederick has come out to wash the large retractable awning we have for our back deck. He is very responsive, arrived on time, and spent significant time (2 hours) getting the awning clean. This is not easy because the deck extends into the yard at a second floor level and the awning extends out the same distance. It sparkled when he was done. I highly recommended Lara's; if they can handle this challenge I'm sure they do great work with all their other services.

I did not think I would be able to find anyone to clean my two year old retractable awning, especially after the company I bought it from went out of business. I took a chance and contacted Lara's Powerwashing since it looked like they did business awnings. Freddie agreed to give my awning a shot and he and Roberto showed up on time and worked for over an hour on a difficult-to-reach awning (flat awning above a raised deck) and now it looks great. These should be cleaned at least yearly and I am grateful to now have a company I can call on for this maintenance. Highly recommended.

The only regret is that I haven't been doing this every year... My driveway is over 2,000sf and with his truck mounted equipment it only took him 2hrs. Right price, right service, right on time. I would totally recommend him, no questions about it.

The team has been great to work with and really easy to communicate with regarding the power washing and staining of our fence. They made sure to address small areas that may have been missed, and maintained a clean work area. We look forward to the team returning to do the same for our deck and pergola next month.

Freddie and his team did a great job making our old decks look new again. They were very patient and helpful with the color selection and type of stain to use. We also had them clean and stain the swing set and a wooden park bench. Everything turned out beautiful! Thanks again Freddie and team! We appreciate you!
