I visited both the Pottstown and Douglassville locations many times. I just recently stopped because I moved and my schedule doesn't allow for the commute to Douglassville anymore, but if it did I would make the trek because I love my stylist so much! I've had haircuts, blowouts, highlights and single process color - I dye my hair red and that is a tough color to make look natural, but they always did. It's very clean, professional and friendly. They are also big on continuing education and the stylists go to seminars and classes to stay up with techniques and trends and such. I found them to be very honest; they would take the time to give a good consultation and talk to you about options before getting started. One caution: if you are new to the salon, particular about your hair and know exactly what you want, I would book an appointment with one of their more experienced stylists. I'm very picky and and there were a few times that I didn't get exactly what I wanted when I wasn't able to book my regular girl, but that was rare and they have great stylists there that have been there for years. If you're not as particular, I wouldn't worry about it. Price: Comparable to other good quality salons. One thing that's great about Land L is that they run specials a few days a week, and you can save a lot on all of their hair/nail services."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/pa/douglassville/lords-and-ladies-salons-reviews-6588036.htm"},"position":5},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"ABC Sanitary Inc","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"IL","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Andrew N."},"reviewBody":"I've been using ABC since August, 2005. I've used them at two residences in Champaign and have been very happy with the service. They have never missed a pickup. Their price has gone up twice since I started using them, each time by $1.00/month. They will usually pick up anything you leave by the curb. The one exception was when I had trash cans full of old plaster from when I was re-doing my ceiling. The cans were too heavy and they told me they wouldn't be able to help when I called them in advance, so I have no complaint with that. My only unpleasant experience with them involves the gentleman who picks up the recycling. Someone walking their dog dropped a poop bag on top of the recycling one morning. I happened to be leaving for work when he came by to pick up the recycling. He asked me in a fairly unpleasant way whether I had a \"d*** dog.\" This happened again at my second residence and I happened to look out the window at the same time that he flung the bag up in the air so that it landed on the ground a few feet away from trash can that hadn't been emptied yet. The trash can was right next to him, so it would have actually been easier to just put it in there rather than acting unprofessionally. I'd be annoyed by this too if I were him, I just wish he could handle it a little better, though I did have to laugh a little after the bag flinging incident."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/il/champaign/abc-sanitary-inc-reviews-2010932.htm"},"position":6}]}

FAQs for land surveying projects in Champaign, IL
Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:
Planning for construction projects, like building a fence
Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures
Settling property line disputes
Creating subdivisions
Meeting mortgage requirements
Selling your property
Land surveying costs about $530 for the average homeowner. However, your total cost could range anywhere from $200 to $1,000 or more. Factors like the size of your property play a significant role in what you pay, but other things like the survey type and the time of year can also impact the final cost.
For example, if you’re looking for a simple boundary survey, you can expect to pay between $100 and $600. However, if you want a more in-depth survey that depicts the elevations of your hills and trees, you can expect to pay between $500 and $1,200 for a topographic survey.
A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:
Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.
Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.
Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.
Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.
Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.
Land survey reports provide a lot of helpful information about your property and land. The exact information provided depends on the type of survey you have done, but common information that they can provide includes:
Location of utility fixtures
Clear boundaries and dimensions of your property
General topography
Land elevation information
Confirmation of easements or encroachments
Land surveys don’t technically expire. They do serve as a point of reference and a snapshot of your property, though, so as soon as you make changes to your property (and even if your neighbor makes certain changes to theirs), your existing land survey becomes inaccurate, and a new one must be done. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.
