Poison Ivy Control

I contacted Karl (I believe that he is the sole proprietor) about 4-5 weeks ago. He called me back and stated that he would be coming through Champaign and would call me in a couple of weeks to set up a time. I told him that I worked and early in the morning or after work was the best time to meet. Each time I talked to him I told him this. He asked me to send him photos of the plants. I did. Two weeks later, didn't hear from him, called him back and left a message. He called me back and said that he was delayed and would call me in a week. Never heard from him. Same thing again - I called him, he called back. Another week delay and he would call me in a week. Never heard from him. Same thing again. He said that he was delayed because his friend was sick and that he would call me in a couple of days. Never heard from him. Same thing again. This time he called back (after 5pm) and said that he was going to Rockford the next day, leaving mid-morning from St Louis and would stop in Champaign. That's just great - now I can't even meet up with him. He did come by and surveyed the area. Said my mother-in-law didn't have poison ivy. Left me a message and that's the last I heard from him.
