On the other side, the job has become so specialized that while installing the dry wall of the ceiling, if a crack is noticed on the connecting drywall of the wall, it will not be informed nor repaired as it is not in the contract. I had to hire another guy to do the repair in drywall of the wall before painting. I still recommend him to get the job done. No mud and tape job here. His worker (Sam) are great to work with. Had extensive work to all my ceilings and walls on 1st floor of house. Fixed all cracks in walls, all 22 of them !! Also fixed an arch way which was cracked all the way down to metal framing. Then had them paint the walls and ceilings. Can highly recommend them for any work. The job turned out fantastic. "Had Alsip roofing come out for estimate to repair roof leak and facia repair. They came out on a Sunday were very professional went over issues that I was having and what was needed to fix. I was emailed proposal. I agreed to proposal and the came out three days later fixed issues and stayed in contact through out process and completed work and cleaned up any mess that was made.
