"The tech. was knowledgeable, efficient, and complete. He was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. He told me both what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. He also noted that my garage door openers were old, and he looked up the price of a replacement and left the choice of whether to replace the gear boxes for the openers to me and my husband. He let me call my husband while he waited, and then said he had one gearbox with him, but he'd have to go back to the office to see if there was another. Someone actually brought the second one from the office, and he had them both replaced within half an hour or so. He even got closeouts by my son and didn't bat an eyelash. While I thought he was going back to the office, he was actually replacing the gear boxes. I was very pleased with his work, his demeanor, his openness, etc., and there were no hidden costs. I would definitely use them again!"

"These guys are great. Very professional and nice guys. My stairs were a nightmare for over ten years. They were too steep with 6 steps, so they extended to 8 steps and bulked it up. I can't rave enough. They're all work and know what they're doing. I have many more projects I'll be requesting they do. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed."

"Joe was very professional and extremely helpful. We had a hard time threading the new electric line through the kitchen cabinetry but he was able to produce a solution on the spot. Overall I am extremely pleased and would use Sound Construction again in a heartbeat.

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. I highly recommend Sunnyview landscaping for anyone that is looking for work to be done."

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. Our 20 year old vinyl siding looks totally refreshed. David is easy to work with and goes the extra mile. We will continue to AOM for future projects.

"It worked out fine. He didn't have the necessary ladder and or platform for the job so I was able to assemble some things I had for him to do the job. If I hadn't had that equipment he would not have been able to do the job."

"Very professional - the owner and all the workers. On time, on budget!"
