The salesmen that came out was Don, and he was amazingly enthusiastic, knew the products inside and out, showed me all the models and went in to depth why their product was different. We talked about the pros and cons. I contacted them, they set up the appointment and he came out. The sales are fantastic, the windows are fantastic, the installation is the problem. the installation was done by a sub-contractor, a father and son. They did a great job but the son in particular was careless. I had 6 windows put in but when they were putting those in and taking the old ones out, the son didn't lay a tarp down so I had lots of glass in and outside of the house. They used my vacuum to clean the glass, and I still found shards of glass sometimes after.

Since a failed attempt could result in more damage and higher repair costs, it is often better to hire a mirror repair expert from the start, especially for large, valuable, or extensively damaged mirrors.
The best way to transport wine glasses is to pack them upright in a divided, padded box designed specifically for stemware. First, wrap each glass individually with bubble wrap or packing paper, ensuring both the bowl and the delicate stem are cushioned. If you don't have a divided box, you can still pack them safely. After wrapping each glass and securing the material with tape, place them upright in a sturdy box. Fill any remaining gaps with additional padding to keep the glasses snug and prevent shifting. Finally, clearly label the box as “FRAGILE GLASSWARE” or “FRAGILE–HANDLE WITH CARE” to ensure careful handling.
When glass shatters, larger shards quickly drop to the ground, but smaller particles can go on an airborne journey up to 15 feet from the point of impact.
