They explained during their onsite visiting exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. All work was to be preformed from inside the basement (unfinished) and would require quite a bit of coordination with a plumber and other resources and be done in a timely manner. They claimed it could be completed in a single day but I was highly skeptical given that it required jack hammering out a 45 line of basement floor just to start the project. On the scheduled day, they showed up as planned, completed the work and left absolutely no trace that they had been there. My plumber was able to return to hook up the water heater the next morning after the cement had cured. Amazing experience. Huge load off my mind.
