After the contractual phase, they kept us in the loop while they were getting permissions, ordering of the materials, and quickly planned for the work schedule. While they were building our construction (a Pergola on our porch), they were respectful for our time and privacy needs, they were flexible to make the minor changes on the construction we asked for.
