"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"I love my new windows. I live in Cedar City at about 6000 ft in elevation. It can get gold here. Right after they were installed, we had a good storm with wind and rain. I never heard it. I used to hear the strong winds and feel the cold air and drafts with my old windows. Now I hear nothing, and I noticed immediately the day after they were installed, it felt warmer too. "I have two homes and both homes are under the contract. I had one situation that left me almost in tears. I still do not have my air conditioner fixed that broke in June. I had ten scheduled appointments with them. I always tried to listen to the technician so I could pass along information to the next. I wish they would relay the information back to American Home Shield. It got to the point where I purchased two window units to keep us cool. One of the providers frightened me and I called American Home Shield to have them never send that provider out to me again. This experience really soured me towards them."
