"KVO was hired by my contractor to install our cabinets. They have said they will be out for 4 weeks and have still not installed the cabinets. We are now 4 weeks behind schedule because we are waiting for the to come install the cabinets. We have been lied to over and over again about dates that have not been met. They have violated my trust and I can not believe the schedules they give out."

"Carpet Mill tiled a backsplash for me a couple years ago. We recently replaced our stove/oven but the new oven didn’t fit flush enough to allow the dishwasher door to open. We replaced the stove/oven with one that had the smallest possible depth. We thought we were going to have to take off some of the backsplash in back of the stove to get it to fit correctly. Carpet Mill sent over someone to look at it free and he was able to move the dishwasher over enough so the door opened and we wouldn’t need to take out any tile!"
