"I highly recommend Ken he is an expert carpet installer, a true craftsman. He uses a carpet stretcher, not kicked in, this is important if you don't want to hire someone back in a year to restretch your carpet, after the warranty expires. You also wont be able to find the seams. In addition to being a quality craftsman, he went beyond what I could have expected. I had scheduled my carpet to be installed December 3, on November 28, after a massive windstorm, I had roof and structural damage to my home, after notifying him, he offered to pick up my carpet at a freight company, saving me $25/day storage charges and stored it in his garage, leaving my garage free for materials and workspace needed to repair my home. He checked with me every few days, offering his help with temporary measures to prevent further damage to my home, names of contractors I could trust and moral support in dealing with my insurance company. Twenty days later than I expected he came to install my carpet, that was December 23, having too many sq. yards to install in a day he came back on Christmas Eve, giving up time with his family to complete my installation. On Christmas morning my grandchildren sat on my new carpet opening their gifts. If you need carpet or other flooring installation hire this man you wont be disappointed. Thankyou Ken."
