I have had him deliver and place compost and work it into the soil. I’ve had him clean up yard waste and remove it. I also have him tend to weeds in my garden. He turns my water on and off, and does sprinkler repair on my underground watering system. He also replaced timer for the watering system. I also had him find someone to replace a section of my fence. Basically Escutia’s will do pretty much any lawn/landscape project/repair that you would want to do! Escutia’s is reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend Vilmer to anyone needing his services."

The entire back yard was cleaned up, all old grass and weeds were raked out and removed, sprinklers repaired, top soil and sod laid, rock on both sides of the house were all completed in less than two full days. I had a problem with one of my sprinkler zones and they came back and adjusted that and while doing so found a leak in one of my sprinkler lines. I found Demo Dash on Angi and decided to check it out. I signed up for an estimate, and I also did some looking into the company. I did see that they were new at this kind of work, but in my younger days I did not get a job because I did not have experience, but my comeback was how can I get experience if I do not get hired. He came out and looked at what I wanted done, gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He then went to work on cleaning up my back yard. It was a lot of work (I estimated it took about 4.5 hours), but he was very professional, personable, easy to work with and did a great job! If I need help in the future in cleaning up my yard, I will not hesitate in calling him again."
