  The work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The value was incredible. We had pre and post construction meetings with the Owner Mike Semerad who explained how the project would progress. We had daily briefings with the Site Supervisor explaining what was to be accomplished each day. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and put away. We had interaction with the Crew who answered any questions we had about what was going on. Everyone who has seen the completed project has been very impressed at the attention to detail. We are so pleased with our yard that we have contracted with Alderwood to redo our front and side yards this year. Of all the home improvement projects that we've done this is the highlight of all our work

We tried calling to see if we could figure some sort of a resolution out, never heard from him again. We ended up going to court and winning, he was a no show. Unfortunately it is still ongoing.   Project went as agreed to in contract. Work was done while we were both at work. We got to review at the end of the day after they had left for the day. We had a couple of plants that didn't take and they quickly came back to resolve by replacing with new plants. <br /> Best part was that we trusted them completely to work around the house in our absence. They had their own porta potty so did not need access to the house at all. <br /> Would definitely use again as we had also used them previously to install plant border and irrigation system for a portion of the yard. <br /
